Restaurant Captain – Two Hands
Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking an experienced restaurant captain to help lead our team in Tribeca. This is a full‑time position and open availability is required.
Two Hands Hospitality is a community‑focused Australian restaurant group serving breakfast through dinner, fueling your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast‑growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver.
Key Requirements
At least two years of experience serving in a high‑volume and fast‑paced restaurant environment in NYC
Prior leadership experience
Barista and bar experience preferred
Must be available for early mornings as well as dinner shifts, including weekends
Knowledge of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative during slower times
Reliability and punctuality
Willingness to lead a FOH team
A love for hospitality and desire to move up in this industry
We Offer
Hourly wage $16 per hour, averaging $36 to $48 per hour including tips
Health insurance available after 3 months
50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
