Hybrid - 3 days per week This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sourcing organization, ensuring agility measures are realized, compliance with procurement policies, auditing data quality across the S2C platform and process, maintaining a calendar of important activities and facilitating effective communications within the Sourcing department and with other stakeholders.

What You'll Do I. Agility Assurance

Monitor data integrity and perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability across both sourcing (including RFx’s) and contracting projects.

Track and troubleshoot projects open more than 90 days, 120 days, etc.

Identify blocked projects, escalate and work to bring to closure.

Review all projects for necessary approvals in advance of contract signing phase.

Partner with Technology and other business areas to identify renewals in Apptio and Ariba in advance of expiration; note key provisions such as COLA caps.

II. Communications

Serve as the primary point of contact for Sourcing communications including: Training; Procurement Awards; End of Year; Policy Attestation; Customer Satisfaction survey in cooperation with CPO Chief of Staff and ProcOps.

Maintain and update roadshow documents as well as frequency and calendar.

Provide backup to Sourcing team to answer stakeholder questions about process and status; automate status updates.

III. Governance And Compliance

Lead annual Procurement Policy review and publishing.

Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to identify and address any non-compliance or areas for improvement.

Design and execute plans to assess procurement activities, including policy compliance across Sourcing team and stakeholders.

Track the implementation of corrective actions in Sourcing team.

Maintain records of audit findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

Strong project management skills.

Procurement experience required, finance or audit experience helpful (3-5 years).

Drive to completion.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Audit, Supply Chain Management or business practice area.

Pay Transparency Salary Range: $79,000-$113,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
