Our dynamic and rapidly growing team is seeking a detail‑oriented and self‑starting Client Services Manager to service our Buffalo market. StructureCare is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the United States. We believe in a strong connection between the engineering and implementation of a solution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

3 or more years in a Sales/Business Development role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills.

Working knowledge of the construction industry (preferred).

Willingness to be flexible in a fast‑paced work environment.

Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets.

Act as the single point of contact for all long‑term customer relationships.

Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory.

Accountability for client deliverables.

Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers.

Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports.

Set up projects.

Develop proposals.

Engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making.
