Position Overview The Resource Coordinator supports Major Components Exchange (MCE) operations through resource planning, documentation tracking, process oversight, and coordination between teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful project execution, compliance, and efficient allocation of technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and allocate MCE technician resources across active projects.
Track technician onboarding, certifications, and MCE‑specific qualifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure proper documentation is submitted and archived.
Support site teams during mechanical completion and electrical walkdowns.
Coordinate manpower based on project demands and customer timelines.
Communicate project updates and resource changes with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project start processes (KOs, manpower planning, tooling coordination).
Support talent acquisition by identifying resource gaps and upcoming needs.
Assist in performance feedback tracking, training coordination, and site visit logistics.
Participate in customer meetings and provide reporting support.
Handle ad hoc duties and support technician development within the MCE pipeline.

Requirements
Strong understanding of the wind energy industry, standards, and related certifications (e.g., NFPA 70E, GWO, Rigging, Crane Calling).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity) and MS Office.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Up to 25% time, including site visits and project support as needed.
Previous experience with MCE preferred.
