We are seeking skilled Wind Turbine Technicians – Install to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and commissioning wind turbines at project sites across North America. You will work in a team-based environment, ensuring that installations are completed safely, on time, and according to manufacturer specifications. Key Responsibilities

Install wind turbine components, including towers, nacelles, hubs, and blades. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of turbine systems. Follow manufacturer installation manuals and technical documentation. Adhere to OSHA, GWO, and site-specific safety protocols. Assist with torquing, tensioning, cabling, and alignment of turbine components. Operate rigging, hoists, and power tools in compliance with safety regulations. Document work progress using job site reports and checklists. What We Offer

1+ year of wind turbine installation or maintenance experience preferred (entry-level candidates with mechanical or electrical backgrounds may be considered). Comfortable working at heights exceeding 300 feet. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments. Strong understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively. GWO (Global Wind Organization) training preferred (can be provided). Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
