Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget for projects. They coordinate quality and stakeholder communication to ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Review scope of contract and execute deliverables within the prescribed contract schedule.

Monitor time charges and adjustments to stay within budget.

Recognize scope changes and negotiate appropriate adjustments in contract price or schedule.

Provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Make final decisions on survey and staking technical matters.

Review all deliverables for quality control before release.

Coordinate project submittals with local municipalities.

Provide technical advice and resolve problems with project personnel.

Maintain close client contact to ensure satisfaction.

Foster long‑term client relationships.

Cross‑sell services to other departments or clients.

Pursue continuous knowledge of industry trends.

Provide feedback on staff performance and training needs.

Maintain a safe work environment for all crew members.

Communicate respectfully with clients or neighbors to uphold company image.

Follow Geomatics department guidelines and company standards.

Assess potential hazards and unsafe working conditions.

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Florida.

Bachelor’s in Geomatics preferred.

2–5 years of office/field experience in Land Surveying.

Highly motivated to grow the land surveying sector in the region.

Ability to work within a multi‑discipline engineering firm with varied client deliverables.

Leadership experience with a team of surveying professionals.

Proven ability to independently manage and grow key client relationships.

Technical proficiency to guide project execution and delivery.
