Manage lead flow and agreements with partner companies.
Develop new referral networks for housing disrepair claims.
Coordinate with legal and operations teams for smooth execution.
Create and implement strategic business development plans
Monitor and report on business development performance metrics
Qualifications
3+ years B2B experience in legal services or claim management.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation ability.
Experience with UK housing claim processes preferred.
Excellent understanding of data protection (GDPR) and UK compliance practices.
Proven experience in business development, particularly within the financial services or housing sectors
Strong understanding of housing disrepair claims processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and market awareness
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
