Our client is a DTC women's wellness brand building a movement that empowers women through science-backed innovation.
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on women's health. You'll be the glue that keeps our creative projects on track—from social campaigns and email marketing to product launches and brand partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate creative workflows across campaigns, content production, and marketing initiatives from kickoff to delivery
Manage project timelines and keep cross-functional teams (creative, brand, product, medical) aligned and on schedule
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, freelancers, photographers, etc.)
Track project status using project management tools, maintaining organized asset libraries and documentation
Support campaign launches by coordinating deliverables across digital, social, email, and retail channels
Maintain creative briefs and ensure all projects have clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
Problem-solve proactively when priorities shift or roadblocks arise, keeping projects moving forward
Organize meetings and maintain schedules including agendas, notes, and action items
Support budget tracking for creative projects and vendor management
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in creative, marketing, or brand environments
Naturally organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
A clear communicator who can translate between creative and business stakeholders with ease
Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.) and comfort learning new platforms quickly
Proactive and solutions-oriented rather than waiting for direction when challenges arise
Passionate about mission-driven work and excited about contributing to women's health innovation
Collaborative by nature with the emotional intelligence to work effectively across diverse teams
Familiar with creative processes including content production, design workflows, and campaign development
Nice to Have
Experience in health, wellness, or DTC brand environments
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic asset management
Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
Experience coordinating clinical or medical content that requires compliance review
