We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on women's health. You'll be the glue that keeps our creative projects on track—from social campaigns and email marketing to product launches and brand partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate creative workflows across campaigns, content production, and marketing initiatives from kickoff to delivery

Manage project timelines and keep cross-functional teams (creative, brand, product, medical) aligned and on schedule

Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, freelancers, photographers, etc.)

Track project status using project management tools, maintaining organized asset libraries and documentation

Support campaign launches by coordinating deliverables across digital, social, email, and retail channels

Maintain creative briefs and ensure all projects have clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics

Problem-solve proactively when priorities shift or roadblocks arise, keeping projects moving forward

Organize meetings and maintain schedules including agendas, notes, and action items

Support budget tracking for creative projects and vendor management

Who You Are

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in creative, marketing, or brand environments

Naturally organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

A clear communicator who can translate between creative and business stakeholders with ease

Tech-savvy with experience in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, etc.) and comfort learning new platforms quickly

Proactive and solutions-oriented rather than waiting for direction when challenges arise

Passionate about mission-driven work and excited about contributing to women's health innovation

Collaborative by nature with the emotional intelligence to work effectively across diverse teams

Familiar with creative processes including content production, design workflows, and campaign development

Nice to Have

Experience in health, wellness, or DTC brand environments
