We are hiring a Project Manager to join a top entertainment company in NYC. This Freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be based in their NYC office on a hybrid schedule. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle and engagement marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between design, copywriting, creative leads, and cross-functional marketing teams. Responsibilities
Sourcing creative assets Managing timelines Prioritizing creative asset delivery Optimizing design workflows specifically for marketing emails and app notifications that engage customers throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation. Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in managing processes and timelines for marketing or creative teams, ideally within lifecycle marketing, digital media, or entertainment environments Expertise in project management software and organizational tools, such as Airtable, with a strong understanding of how to leverage them to streamline workflows and drive project success In-depth knowledge of design and production workflows, particularly related to lifecycle marketing and digital production assets Exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for understanding team needs, asking the right questions, and proactively seeking feedback to keep projects on track Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and new tools or workflows If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
