COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - REACH PREVENTION (Piedmont/Danville/Southside) ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)
Our REACH Team is looking for a Community Support Professional to serve our community in the Piedmont/Danville/Southside area. The Community Support Professional provides direct prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized Crisis Education and Prevention Plans. Works as part of the REACH Team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with on-call as optional. Key Highlights: $2,500 Sign on Bonus Starting Salary:
$44,850 - Depending on Experience Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Human Services related field is required. Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional status is required. Additional compensation
