The Steakhouse Restaurant Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations including overseeing and maintaining standards for guest experience, executing service, employee training and retention, food and beverage quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
Effectively manages staff and maintains service levels for fine dining Steakhouse.
Maintains complete knowledge of the food, dessert, coffee and tea menus; as well as all other beverage menus and the wine list. Demonstrates knowledge regarding the menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes for all dishes.
Ensures all employees are properly trained in the performance of their job duties and establishes accountability for maintaining the highest service standards.
Ensures that all areas of the restaurant are appropriately staffed during meal periods and in accordance with business volume.
Ensures that all guests are seated and served in a timely fashion and staff consistently demonstrates warm, friendly, efficient and courteous guest service.
Ensures fine dining techniques are practiced at all times within the restaurant.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge in wine selection and ensures the wine list is in keeping with the menu and recent trends.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
A four-year degree in Food and Beverage management, hospitality management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
At least 8 years of experience in upscale steakhouse or fine dining restaurants.
Must have extensive wine knowledge.
Outstanding interpersonal communications skills.
