Ensure all team members present a neat appearance and wear the company uniform correctly.
Ensure all tasks assigned to team members are completed timely and accurately.
Lead the team as Manager in Charge, ensuring standards for service, food safety, and general procedures are met. Provide ongoing constructive feedback to the team.
Actively participate in training and development of team members.
Assist with profit and loss management, follow cash control procedures, maintain inventory, and manage labor.
Provide regular feedback to the Regional General Manager and other management on team performance.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
One‑year restaurant experience required with proven lead experience on all shifts.
Current Health Card as required by state or local regulations.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
Reliable transportation.
Pass background check.
Pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
