About The Role
Provide Strategic Maintenance Leadership: Develop and implement long‑term preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to optimize reliability, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life, aligning all goals and metrics with company objectives.
Drive Continuous Improvement & Capital Planning: Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, cost savings, and efficiency while making strategic repair vs. replace decisions and recommending capital expenditures that support business growth.
Manage Equipment and Facility Operations: Oversee all equipment and facility maintenance activities, including major equipment installations, relocations, decommissioning, and facility upgrades, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
Lead Workforce Development & Team Performance: Lead, coach, and develop maintenance and CNC specialists through structured training and certification programs, building a high‑performing team that embraces accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Oversee Financial & Resource Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and oversee inventory of spare parts, tooling, and consumables. Evaluate and negotiate supplier and service contracts to ensure best value and performance.
Ensure Systems Integrity & Regulatory Compliance: Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for accurate data, reporting, and KPI analysis (MTBF, MTTR, uptime %). Maintain full compliance with ISO, OSHA, ATF, and other applicable standards and audits.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of CNC machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and plant infrastructure, with a strong foundation in preventive and predictive maintenance (TPM, reliability‑centered maintenance).
Leadership & People Development: Proven success leading maintenance teams in a high‑mix, CNC‑intensive manufacturing environment, fostering skill growth, accountability, and retention through training and certification.
Strategic & Data‑Driven Mindset: Skilled in leveraging CMMS systems, maintenance KPIs (uptime %, MTBF, MTTR), and data analysis to drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.
