Responsibilities
Process eligibility and project applications for the HOMES and HEAR programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and Trade Allies through effective communication
Review and verify project application forms submitted by various stakeholders
Manage customer incentive reviews and coordinate project tasks with internal teams
Maintain and update system databases to ensure accurate project information
Qualifications
High school diploma or associate degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of experience in application processing and/or quality control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to problems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the energy efficiency or electrification industries
Four years of office experience, particularly in roles involving stakeholder engagement
Experience working with government agencies, utilities, and non-profit organizations
Ability to speak additional languages, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders
