What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the project lifecycle for state energy programs from initiation to closure Develop project plans including scope, timeline, and resource allocation Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective project management methodologies Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Prepare presentations and manage documentation related to project deliverables What is Required

What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience 5+ years of program/project management experience in energy program management or administrative oversight Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with multiple project management systems Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in client engagement Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively How to Stand Out
