Responsibilities
Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
Provides expertise in current-day Information Systems and make recommendations regarding applying these systems to business practices.
Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the stakeholders regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
Negotiates plans and timeframes, ensuring that stakeholders understand the anticipated result.
Ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs testing.
Collaborates with Business Analysts, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the needs of the Company have been met.
Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, business, or related field required.
Minimum five to seven years of related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Successful collaborative skills working with a variety of groups.
Possess advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software programs.
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to change.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.
Ability to negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.
Ability to act as a team player.

Pay Range Explanation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
