Base pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Responsibilities
Project Manager will define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource assignments
Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved
Identify and address risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and report on project status, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership as needed
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for effective project delivery
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and support ongoing improvement
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
3-5 years of professional project management experience
Experience leading cross‑functional teams
Working knowledge of project management principles
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Proficient problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic budgeting and cost management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
