Segment, Business Unit or Corporate Group This position will be part of the CHANNEL BUSINESS UNIT—supporting all TE Business Units. The Channel Business Unit collaborates with approximately 300 distributors around the world on TE’s global distribution vision, strategy, and business initiatives.

Work Location Middletown, PA. Street Address: 2800 FULLING MILL Road, MIDDLETOWN, PA.

Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Support development of performance dashboards and operational reports.

Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose course‑correction recommendations.

Participate in cross‑functional working sessions, helping align teams on deliverables.

Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives.

Qualifications

Have earned a high school diploma or GED.

Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, an MBA Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communications from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).

Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project.

Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $23.08–40.40 per hour.

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
