This is a high-impact position within our business. We are seeking a person with the technical and business experience who will thrive in our organizational culture. The Operations Manager is responsible for implementing process improvements and practices across the organization, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The role supervises the Operational Team and ensures operational KPIs, financial, and customer experience standards are met. Ultimately, you will help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable. The Operations Manager leads and motivates the team, finding ways to enhance customer experience quality and implement best practices at all levels. Job Responsibilities

Manage production, procurement, and daily operations planning. Ensure timely, compliant, and accurate management of work order processes, business information, and licensing. Support the development of operational and business strategies in collaboration with the owner/CEO. Conduct onsite evaluations for compliance with licensing, vehicle, regulatory, EHS, safety, DOT, quality, and company policies, escalating issues as needed. Coordinate with sales management to fulfill customer commitments and participate in sales processes for key accounts. Support office staff, technicians, and sales associates with customer escalations and operational questions. Monitor operational and compliance metrics, managing issue escalation and resolution. Supervise production staff, estimators, and claims coordinators. Manage vendor relationships and approve expenses and purchases. Communicate process changes effectively to relevant parties. Coordinate activities affecting operational decisions and business needs. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Analyze financial data to improve profitability, manage budgets, and forecast. Improve management systems and train staff on new initiatives and technologies. Guide team growth and success, providing leadership and support. Manage internal assets such as equipment, materials, and supplies. Monitor KPIs, quality standards, and safety compliance. Plan and review workload and staffing to meet targets cost-effectively, including recruiting and training staff. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operational management, or finance preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to interpret business processes and regulations, supporting compliance and process improvements. Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis. Experience as a sales or service manager or in a support role preferred. Ability to influence and motivate others, manage time effectively, and work in a team environment. Strong problem-solving, communication, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Knowledge of organizational improvement, operations management, and the restoration industry. Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Must be able to move up to 70 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in various environments. Safety equipment such as respirators may be required. Disclaimer
