Employer Industry: Government Operations Support Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $190,000 annually Remote work opportunity available Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Strong focus on compliance and operational excellence Chance to lead and mentor project managers and site supervisors Engage with government customers and contribute to mission objectives What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Oversee management and execution of multiple Base Operations Support contracts across various government sites Ensure contract performance meets or exceeds requirements related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety Serve as the primary liaison between government customers, corporate leadership, and site management teams Develop and implement operational strategies, staffing plans, and resource allocation models Monitor contract budgets and financial performance in compliance with federal regulations What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Base Operations Support or large-scale facilities operations, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing government contracts U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract stipulations Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required, Top Secret (TS) preferred Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar government service contracts, including compliance and customer relations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience managing multi-site or multi-agency Base Operations Support contracts Professional certifications in program management (PMP), facilities management (CFM), or related fields Prior military or government operations experience We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
