What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the Program Manager in overseeing multiple work groups, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost expectations are met
Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Program Manager, providing updates on program performance
Monitor and manage financial compliance with contracts and task orders
Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain document control processes
Promote team development through mentorship, performance evaluations, and strategic staffing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master’s degree in a related field with an active clinical license in counseling, social work, or psychology
Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in behavioral health care operations
Extensive experience in clinical supervision and negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Strong knowledge of military mission activities and civilian behavioral health services
A Secret level clearance, at a minimum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
Lean Six Sigma or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred (or ability to obtain within six months)
Clinical supervisory credential preferred (or ability to obtain within one year)
Experience in a Program Management Office (PMO)
Experience managing subcontractors
