Overview The Mopar Repair & NA CE Sales Operations Manager position requires a self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. This candidate must have solid analytical skills to comfortably extract and analyze sales, industry, and market data to prepare and track specific metrics as well as prepare executive level presentations that clearly identify sales performance results and opportunities to grow profitability. Additionally, this candidate must be able to proficiently interact with numerous internal and external organizations including Mopar Product Line Managers, Aftermarket Managers, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales and Field Organizations to develop and present recommendations that proactively address opportunities that improve overall Repair and NA CE sales performance. Coordinate and prepare materials for executive leadership meetings, conferences, and presentations. Develop and manage major projects as well as presentations for Parts and Sales Business Review, Commercial Committee, Monthly Operating Review (MOR), National Dealer Council, Global Business Review and Go to Market meetings and Dealer communications. This individual should have a thorough understanding of Powertrain products as well as in depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales reporting for Repair and NA CE portfolio that clearly identifies results to target and growth opportunities.

Manage weekly and monthly sales performance reporting of Sell-in, Sell-out, and Supplier Purchases for Reman products

Reporting stock assessments – SSD and PDC analysis to support established sales goals

Prepare and manage executive level presentations for business review meetings

Participate in leadership team meetings

Establish centralized reporting to ensure KPI visibility that drives positive sales performance

Manage coordination of product line manager commodity by analyzing and establishing sales reporting to facilitate informed decision-making that supports business objectives and ensures optimum profitability down to the part level.

Develop, manage, and lead peers to update sales performance results to identified targets

Establish sales and budget forecasts that ensures profitability and long-term sustainability

Coordinate with finance to monitor and understand strategic options and decisions impacts to profitability

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree

8+ years of experience in a sales organization

Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, data interpretation, analysis and reporting capabilities

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a sales opportunities

Strong presentation skills and exceptional aptitude at Excel and PowerPoint features

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to build and lead preparation of executive level presentations

Effective organizational skills and proficient multitasking

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master degree in Business related field

Experience with Sales, Business Centers, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing

Experience leading preparation of Business Reviews, Sales and Commercial meetings

Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking and quantitative analysis

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment
