Your impact
We’re seeking a Project Manager to work with our Drinking Water and Wastewater Clients in our St Louis, MO office. You’ll grow your career by leading our project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our Clients. You’ll play an integral role in leading and mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll be a part of diverse multi-discipline teams, allowing you to both share what you know, as well as learn, so you can grow. Responsibilities
Lead project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for Drinking Water and Wastewater Clients in the St. Louis area.
Grow your career by mentoring staff and forming long-term client relationships.
Pursue new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with diverse multi-discipline teams and contribute to skill development across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
Demonstrated understanding of drinking water treatment, reuse, and/or distribution, wastewater treatment, and/or treatment processes and technologies.
Multi-discipline design management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities.
Project management experience for water utility projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work.
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
Ideally, experience with process mechanical design and willingness to serve as discipline lead on an as-needed basis.
More than 8 years of experience is preferred.
Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering (preferred).

Company pay and hiring details The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $165,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
