This role focuses on business development in telecom, with an emphasis on multi-dwelling and multi-tenant properties in the Los Angeles area. Must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll.
Base pay range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Additional compensation Commission

Location Must live in the Los Angeles area – no relocation
We are looking for telecom sales professionals to expand our footprint in the LA market. Candidates should be passionate about sales, deliver outstanding service, and build lasting relationships with multifamily market developers, builders, and owners. Use business acumen to establish credibility and deliver solutions; be energized by landing the next big contract.
Responsibilities
Secure contracts within multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to enable Verizon to expand wired and wireless home/business services.
Negotiate Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to achieve favorable positioning in marketing Verizon services.
Develop and manage relationships with owners, developers, and builders of MDU/MTU properties to drive top-line revenue growth.
Requirements
Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Proven knowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunications.
Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel up to 75% in local market (Tue–Fri); Monday is typically a work-from-home day.
Google Workspace (G Suite) proficiency and tech-savviness.
Nice to have
Ability to manage a sales funnel in an objective-based environment.
Strong consulting skills, including prospecting, sales planning, and value-based selling.
Demonstrated influence with internal and external stakeholders through relationships.
Knowledge of the multi-family environment.
