LeeTran is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our LeeTran team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring all riders have a first-class passenger experience while ensuring a high level of assistance to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations. The starting rate for this position is $16.10/hr.

Resolve passenger issues May be required to deliver route schedules to organizations as requested Creative thinker who enjoys a team-based atmosphere Assist passengers with fare-related inquiries Handle cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment during the bus fare purchasing process; balances a drawer at the end of shift Complete required forms and reports May perform other job duties as assigned Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to High School graduation or GED and one year of fast-paced, professional customer service or closely related experience. Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record is required. Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency; able to work in a fast-paced work environment with quickly changing priorities Compassionate demeanor when assisting passengers with a variety of disabilities Must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and written Able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules and regulations Works proactively and independently, with the ability to take initiative Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to learn new information and apply knowledge to job responsibilities Strong computer skills and ability to use general office equipment The workdays and hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with rotating weekends and some holidays.
