What you’ll do
Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to business needs; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage.
Be an Expert: Understand quality processes for produce; prepare products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use hand-held tech for decisions on production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage stock and rotation; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply open door policy in business processes.
Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; manage priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete required trainings and assessments if applicable.
