As a part of our produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness. You will be in the front-lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience. What you will do / Responsibilities

You will lead by example and maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service as needed.

Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner.

Maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock and over-stock conditions.

Be a Team Member: stay up-to-date on products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and be flexible to work in other areas as needed.

Be an Expert: understand quality processes for various produce merchandise, prepare products according to standards, maintain product safety and sanitation, and follow laws, regulations, and company policies relating to produce quality.

Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality, and encourage others to use them.

Be an Owner: drive area performance, manage stock with perpetual inventory, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, and assist customers per company policies.

Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and club by modeling high-quality service and energy for the work.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; applies the Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities; adapts to change and feedback.

Requirements & Eligibility

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Additional compensation may include premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
