We are seeking a Front Office Manager with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in front desk operations. Responsibilities
Oversee all front desk operations and guest communications. Manage Advance Purchases, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, and Bank Deposits. Balance tax-exempt transactions and maintain documentation. Ensure employees complete required forms, both paper and online. Interview and recommend candidates for hire. Schedule, train, and supervise front desk staff. Train and onboard new hires in compliance with Hilton guidelines. Develop and maintain training programs. Maintain sufficient supplies for front desk operations. Conduct property walks. Monitor labor costs. Spend most of the time working at the front desk. Host evening receptions as needed. Handle guest relations and social media correspondence. Supervise breakfast presentation in the morning. Assist in other departments as needed. Manage accounts receivable. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bi-lingual skills required. Additional Details
