Subaru Business Development Representative
POSITION SUMMARY:
The
Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
is primarily responsible for answering all incoming Sales/Service phone calls and serving customers enthusiastically on the phone, via e-mail, and instant messaging, securing and updating confidential customer information, and scheduling sales appointments while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.
Essential Duties
Answer incoming Sales/Service calls, schedule sales appointments, and secure client information in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming Sales/Service appointment and Internet leads for Subaru, Audi and VW and ensure successful handoffs of phone and internet leads to Sales Consultants/Service Advisors.
Adhere to pre-set phone scripts and make suggestions for improvements to management.
Document conversations with customers in a detailed and thorough manner to allow reference of conversation notes at a future date.
Follow up with and re-schedule “no-show” customer appointments.
Accurately maintain and update the BDC Call Log.
Take photos of inventory to ensure accurate inventory representation on websites.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Compensation details 17-22 Hourly Wage
