Role As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
Developing a diverse range of skills to grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications:
Some high school education
Experience in operations preferred
Food Safety certification (local requirements, at applicant’s expense)
ADA Statement Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy environments, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential.
