Product Sup Coord Sr - Shipping & Receiving (Night Shift) at Parker Hannifin. The role involves performing a variety of product support duties in shipping, receiving, raw stock, parts identification, stockroom, and related areas with limited guidance in a team environment. Responsibilities

RAW STOCK: Receive incoming raw stock and verify material against documentation for identification and quantity; load/unload trucks; move raw material to proper location; identify and code raw material and operate a saw to cut stock to specifications; issue jobs per schedule and update shop floor and MRP system; maintain minimum/maximum raw stock; coordinate storage, handling, receiving and inventory procedures; requisition raw material per work order requirements; may perform advanced functional AMAPS/MRP commands. PARTS IDENTIFICATION: Identify parts using proper methods, lay out exact dimensions and locations for identification markings; perform setup and minor repair of equipment; review traveller or other documents; maintain accurate serialized records; ensure equipment and supplies are available to accomplish responsibilities. SHIPPING: Prepare parts/materials for shipment with necessary paperwork and shipping records; package per specifications; input data for labels, forms and shipping records; interpret shipping instructions; prepare air bills, bills of lading and carrier forms; coordinate with carriers to dispatch shipments, establish rates, and track follow-up information; plan for economical and expeditious delivery; coordinate shipping schedule to meet customer commitments; plan future shipments and required materials; prepare forms and reports. RECEIVING: Receive shipments at the receiving dock; weigh or count incoming/outbound parts or materials; input data to update system records; verify documents for completeness and accuracy; troubleshoot and coordinate between departments; monitor outside vendor commitments. STOCKROOM: Receive material, check/identify parts, store properly, fill orders from stock lists; perform cycle counts; maintain records; operate ASRS functions if applicable; prioritize workload; perform basic maintenance and operation of equipment. Clean Operations: Clean parts and equipment using appropriate methods; maintain cleaning solutions and prevent rust and corrosion; observe safety rules and maintain a neat work area. Job Requirements

Three years of related product support experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and systems in several functional areas and ability to troubleshoot problems. May be required to operate moving equipment and saw equipment; OSHA safety qualifications; forklift operator certificate may be required. Proficient knowledge of computer terminal operations; manual dexterity; basic mathematical calculations; ability to read and interpret related forms and specifications. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds; strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work effectively with others as a team member. Benefits & Retirement Plans
