Project Planner role at A&T Systems, Inc. Responsibilities

Must possess an active DOD Secret Security Clearance. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management/Engineering of comparable size and scope DOD efforts. Experience in project management, risk management, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance. Experience in Military Construction projects. Site surveys to include availability of facilities, materials, and equipment. Design experience within Installation Information Architecture (I3A). Experience in proposal/technical writing and estimating. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions for a sizeable staff of diverse areas of expertise. Minimum Requirements

IAT Level II Certification (Security+) Specialized Experience

Familiarity with Army I3MP. Project Management Professional (PMP) experience. Experience with MCA, UMMCA, and SRM projects. Familiarity with telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Requirements

Support the NEC’s IT Strategic Plan by integrating organizational input and documentation. Advises on revision and maintenance of the NEC’s Strategic Plan. Provide recommendations to the Government to ensure compliance with policies and plans on MCA, UMMCA, and SRM projects. Provides coordination and management of NEC infrastructure projects. Participate in project review meetings, engineering design reviews, technical working groups, and other related meetings with NEC stakeholders. Seniority level
