Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level role servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Full‑time and part‑time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay range: $12.80 – $19.20.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Perform scheduled maintenance services, such as oil change and tire maintenance.
Install and service batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles to verify proper function.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Valid automobile driver’s license at all times; able to drive company vehicles.
Preferred experience in automotive service industry.
Reading, writing, and math skills.
