The Bell Captain plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel or resort. This position involves overseeing the bell staff, managing guest services, and providing support to guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bell staff to ensure efficient service is delivered consistently. Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests. Assist with supporting the front desk as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during their stay. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and other public areas of the hotel or resort. Greet guests upon arrival. Collaborate with front desk personnel to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes for guests. Train new bell staff on best practices in guest relations and service standards. Monitor the performance of bell staff and provide feedback to enhance service quality. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Maintain vehicles, including golf carts, to ensure they are clean and well kept, reporting any issues immediately. Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members. Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of bell staff. Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services is an asset. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Benefits
