Job #: 2090727 Candidates must hold an active Secret security clearance or higher and be able to work onsite to be considered Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA) – OM&S – T5 – COS-M – Secret – IAT - Level II Entry-level to experienced, with varying years of experience and educational background, follows established policies and procedures under supervision; responsible for solving problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity. Must maintain DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA) for the full contract period. Minimum active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Responsibilities
Perform daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of C2BMC systems in a 24x7 environment Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter; perform initial troubleshooting of local hardware, software and networks Document and report events/issues to the CWO; receive tasking from the CCC for operations, test and real-world events Assist in hardware/software installations as directed by local SMEs Create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO Focus on Lab and Test activities Performs other duties and assignments as required Qualifications
Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments Sound background and experience in system and/or network administration (UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco and Juniper) Sound background and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Apex Benefits Overview
