Established and growing 1B+ AUM Independent RIA serving high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele seeks a Client Service Manager to support Clients and Advisors by taking initiative and leading Client Service operations and team members. The Firm provides sophisticated financial advisory and investment management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele. Highlights
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client service team Oversee delivery of exceptional service to high net worth clients Act as a key escalation point for complex service matters Collaborate closely with Advisors and Operations Help shape internal processes and drive service excellence Competitive compensation package ($100,000 – $145,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $10,000 – $15,000, and excellent benefits) Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree 6+ years experience in Client Service within Financial Services, preferably in an RIA environment Proven leadership experience managing client service teams Track record of professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management Seniority level
