Curve Hospitality, a leader in custom hospitality FF&E design, procurement, and manufacturing, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from our domestic and international manufacturing facilities to client sites across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping schedules, freight bookings, and customs clearance for international and domestic shipments. Track containers, manage ETAs, and communicate status updates with project managers and clients. Liaise with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of all shipping documents, invoices, and Bills of Lading. Support the Logistics Manager in cost analysis, vendor evaluations, and freight optimization. Collaborate cross-departmentally with Procurement, Project Management, and Accounting to ensure seamless order flow. Monitor and report shipment delays or damages, working with vendors to resolve issues. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field (hospitality or manufacturing experience preferred). Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com or ERP systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why Join Curve
