Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with Ground-up Multifamily Construction experience to join our client's growing operation in the Columbia, SC area. The ideal candidate will assist in managing projects effectively while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Description
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required.
Conduct site visits to monitor project activities and quality of work.
