Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support project teams in the successful execution of construction projects within the property industry. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients to maintain project workflow. Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and equipment. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Support the resolution of any project-related disputes or challenges. Qualifications
A background in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of project management practices and principles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction software and tools. Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Benefits
