Circle K is hiring for the Lead Customer Service Representative role. Location: Store 2723998, 2531 Nc Hwy 87 S, Cameron, North Carolina 28326. Shift availability: Flexible. Job type: Lead Customer Service Representative (Part-time or Full-time). We want you to join our team if you enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment and want to grow your career. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis and helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Your Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions Assist with our food program when applicable Lead shifts and supervise a portion of the team to gain entry-level management experience Help maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks You Are Good At
Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care Effective communication and friendly conversation Working at a quick pace while staying engaged and having fun Team collaboration to achieve daily goals Offering prompts and ideas to solve problems Thinking quickly and providing suggestions Leading a team of employees and supervising entry-level staff Great If You Have
Retail and customer service experience Entry-level management experience Sales associate or cashiering experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in your career Willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder Benefits
