The PM or Alternate PM shall have authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the daily operation of the contract. The PM shall be responsible for all aspects of personnel administration and performance of Contractor employees, including but not limited to: quality of work performance; preparation of work schedules; training of Contractor personnel; reporting to the COR/Alternate COR regarding workforce and tasks; preparation of deliverables and reports; control and tracking of materials, equipment, and supplies; adherence to DOE/NNSA ES&H requirements; and compliance with security, quality, and standards specified in the contract. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities

Manage project cost controls, safety, schedule, change management, and quality for successful project completion. Monitor and track contract performance and compliance with deliverables. Evaluate operational activities and implement productivity improvements. Maintain relationships with clients, management, designers, subcontractors, vendors. Oversee development of project schedules and coordinate staffing and resources. Administer procurement activities, including invoicing, billing, and contract modifications. Maintain a positive working environment, ensuring human relations, payroll, and ethics compliance. Promote safety culture and quality in performance and customer service. Establish QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections, and assist in preconstruction efforts. Lead project meetings and develop project execution and work plans. Demonstrate commitment to a Safety First Environment through personal actions and mentoring. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business management, engineering, architecture, or construction management from an accredited program; Project Management certification preferred; minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Understanding of design and construction methods; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Primavera Contractor Manager. Knowledge of project management practices and government contracts. Ability to work independently, negotiate scope changes, and communicate effectively. Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work hours as needed; valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving record, willingness to travel. Commitment to Safety, ability to obtain DOE “Q” clearance, U.S. citizenship.
