is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will assist in the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role plays a vital part in maintaining stock integrity and smooth warehouse logistics. Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with delivery schedules. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts). Coordinate with logistics providers, such as UPS, FedEx, and other suppliers, to ensure smooth shipment processes. Organize, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with inventory control. Operate basic office software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks) to process shipments and stock control. Requirements
High school diploma Fluent in English and Spanish Proven experience in a warehouse and logistics environment. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems. Good physical condition: ability to lift and move heavy items. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. A forklift certification is an advantage.
