The Opportunity
As part of a team centralizing global operations, you'll play a pivotal role in
optimizing workflows, driving automation , and
enhancing KPI measurement and reporting . The role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership, implement systems, and push forward innovation within People Operations.
Key Focus Areas
Own and optimize People Operations processes across performance cycles, year-end, and employee experience initiatives
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting through
Tableau, Workday, and ServiceNow
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
Develop and track KPIs to measure success and ensure continuous improvement
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, streamline workflows, and deliver data-driven solutions
Support change management and cross-functional projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment
About You
5-8 years' experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or HR Process Improvement (open to strong junior profiles with proven capability)
Skilled in
Workday
and
ServiceNow ; strong knowledge of
Tableau
or similar tools
Naturally
data-driven , analytical, and process-oriented
Comfortable taking on complex challenges and
pushing initiatives forward
A strong team player who collaborates well but also acts autonomously
Experience in
Financial Services
preferred, but open to candidates from other fast-paced industries
