Laboratory and Clinical Compliance Manager
Join Atlantic Health as a Laboratory and Clinical Compliance Manager.
Base Pay Range $48.00/hr – $84.50/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance programs for laboratory operations.
Draft, revise, and maintain policies and procedures to align with regulations.
Monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to rules and policies.
Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance risks.
Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of compliance efforts and results.
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to laboratory operations.
Collaborate with laboratory management, quality assurance, and legal counsel for a comprehensive compliance approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry).
Master's degree preferred.
Experience
Several years of experience in a clinical or analytical laboratory setting with a focus on regulatory compliance at the local, state, and national level.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of federal and state laboratory regulations (e.g., CLIA, PAMA, CMS) and other specific regulations as applicable.
Skills
Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Certification
Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
