This position serves as a resource to assure the highest clinical standards are practiced in caring for patients. This role has accountability in quality assurance, regulatory, and compliance requirements. The PPG Quality/Clinical Excellence Coordinator assists in bringing together quality and patient outcomes for the provision of care. Works to ensure clinical strategies and goals of PPG are aligned with those of Parkview Health. Serves as a liaison for activities between clinical and non-clinical coworkers. Consistently provides excellent service to customers. Utilizes critical thinking, troubleshoots problems, and resolves or directs problems to the appropriate individual. Performs as a key member of the team and completes tasks including testing and training as assigned. Is a source of knowledge and assistance. Education
Must be a graduate of a school of nursing or have a Bachelor\'s degree in a health care related field. Experience
Minimum 4 years healthcare experience. Licensure/Certification
Current valid state license required if RN or LPN; or current valid certification appropriate for field of study. Other Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft computer-based programs. Proven ability to provide direction that fulfills the mission and goals of PPG and PH. Working knowledge of EPIC preferred. Seniority level
