Summary This position serves as a resource to assure the highest clinical standards in caring for patients. The role has accountability in quality assurance, regulatory and compliance requirements, and assists in aligning clinical strategies and goals of PPG with those of Parkview Health. The coordinator serves as liaison between clinical and non‑clinical staff, consistently provides excellent service, utilizes critical thinking, troubleshoots problems, and directs issues to the appropriate individual. This key team member completes tasks including testing, training, and knowledge sharing.
Education Must be a graduate of a school of nursing or possess a Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care related field.
Experience Minimum 4 years of healthcare experience.
Licensure/Certification Current valid state license required if RN or LPN; or current valid certification appropriate for field of study.
Other Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft computer‑based programs.
Proven ability to provide direction that fulfills the mission and goals of PPG and PH.
Working knowledge of EPIC preferred.
