Office Manager
TempExperts is looking for an
Office Manager
to join a growing construction firm where your organizational and communication skills will help keep projects and operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both office and field teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, change orders, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
Assist with timesheets, expense tracking, and W-2 documentation as needed.
Support project bidding by contacting subcontractors and assisting with proposal preparation.
Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communications to ensure timely submissions and accurate records.
Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and project logistics as directed.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; handle ordering as needed.
Ensure permits, insurance, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
Uphold company standards for professionalism, organization, and customer service.
Provide general administrative support to management, employees, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction administration or office management preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with construction software such as Procore, Contractor Foreman, or Buildertrend a plus.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving mindset and accountability for assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with owners, finance, sales, clients, and employees.
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
