Job Description
Frags 2 Fishes, a leading aquarium retail and service company based in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a motivated and dependable Aquarium Maintenance Technician to join our service team! If you enjoy working with aquatic life, love hands‑on work, and take pride in delivering top‑notch customer experiences, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Perform regular aquarium maintenance for residential and commercial clients
Clean and service freshwater and saltwater systems (glass, filters, equipment, water testing, etc.)
Handle livestock care and transport with a focus on animal health and customer satisfaction
Assist with aquarium installations and breakdowns
Drive between job sites (company vehicle provided when available)
Communicate with clients and represent the Frags 2 Fishes brand with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For
Clean driving record (required)
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Strong people skills and a positive, professional attitude
Willingness to learn—experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Genuine interest in aquariums and aquatic life
Compensation
