Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40 - 50 hours per week Pay:

Full-time Job Responsibilities
Drive the development of yearly budget, monthly forecast, and LRP for total North America supplier income. Evaluate the forecast for risk and opportunities to present to executive leaders. Provide ad hoc decision support on new supplier income initiatives. Partner with accounting to review complex vendor contracts to ensure appropriate accounting treatment. Help implement and improve upon new processes related to supplier income tracking. Escalate material risks to executive leadership and work with Commercial business partners to develop mitigation strategies. Manage team of 2 Sr. Analysts Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA a plus 5+ years’ work experience including financial and/or operational analysis Experience with financial budgeting, planning, and analysis Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills and must be comfortable working with senior leaders Strong Excel skills and experience with EPM tools Proven experience with managing and developing staff Must be a self-starter and willing to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment Additional Requirements
