Prepare and assist in maintaining offices through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping. Perform hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspections, repairs, and general upkeep of interior and exterior areas. Install and repair electrical systems and components of machinery and equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance and record findings. Provide on-call emergency services as required. Assist in maintaining grounds, keeping them free of trash and debris. Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units. Diagnose malfunctions in transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, and replace damaged wires and components. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least one year of hands-on apartment maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy equipment; valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Benefits As a TRGM Employee
